Spartan Oil Founder's Reserve Alpha Batch

The first harvest--the Alpha Batch. Olives green in color producing oil with a remarkably fresh and pungent taste with strong pepperiness and unripened fruit hints. Packaged in a 200ml stoneware bottle.

This oil is beautiful as an accompaniment to the simplest foods--raw salad greens and lightly steamed or grilled vegetables. Or, soaked into a warm slice of crusty bread.

Please note that we've bottled this oil very close to the original pressing date (10/16/2019). As such, the amount of unfiltered natural sediment is more prevalent than in our other oils. Expect a thorough amount of cloudiness.
